Evaluation.polyfit_pemel()

The electrolyzer stack is evaluated over a range of input currents. Following these evaluations, a polynomial is fitted on the power - current relation of the electrolyzer. This polynomial enables to rapidly determine the input current when a certain amount of power is available. Since this relation is fairly linear, the polynomial should reach good agreement with the actual power - current relation, while maintaining the level of fidelity of the actual model.
