Evaluation.pemel(i_pemel)

The electrolyzer model, based on the work of Saeed et al. [1]. For a given current, the model determines the operating voltage by considering the activation, concentration and ohmic overpotentials. The model quantifies the operating voltage, power, efficiency and hydrogen production.

Parameters

i_pemel (float) – The electrolyzer input current [A].

Returns

res – Dictionary with the operating conditions of the electrolyzer for a given current. It contains items on the operating voltage, power, efficiency and hydrogen mass flow rate.
