Evaluation.polyfit_pemel_compr()

The power consumption by the electrolyzer stack and compressor are evaluated over a range of hydrogen mass flow rates. Following these evaluations, a polynomial is fitted on the mass flow rate - power relation. This polynomial enables to rapidly determine the input mass flow rate when a certain amount of power is available. Since this relation is fairly linear, the polynomial should reach good agreement with the actual mass flow rate - power relation, while maintaining the level of fidelity of the actual model.
